10 years ago I was fortunate enough to began my career at The Mandalay Bay Resort, having two Salons by Robert Cromeans, the Global Artistic Director of Paul Mitchell. After a week long Boot Camp hiring process I was selected to become a stylist at the new Walk-In Salon by Robert Cromeans. Along with being hired, Robert had a year long assistant program, 2 days a week, in the partner Salon ARCS, located at the beach level of Mandalay Bay.

The first 6 months involved weekly education then, monthly education. Dealing with a very diverse clientele on a daily basis this ensured that we became well rounded in every hair type in regards to haircuts and various coloring placement for highlights and Balayage. Thru continual education I also became certified in Brazilian Blowout, Babes Tape-in extensions, beaded sew-in extensions, and individual Keratin extensions.

I spent 6 years of my career here gathering all the knowledge I could. I moved to various salons adding tidbits of knowledge, eventually finding my home with LoLo at our suite Lolo and Lace.  Whatever your hair needs, I am here to help.
